MVM, Inc. â a leading provider of professional, technical, administrative, and program management support services to the Federal Government â is creating a pipeline of Travel Analysts that would be interested in provisional commitment projects anywhere in the US with other highly capable team members tasked with providing care to Unaccompanied Children (UC) in a limited duration shelter dependent on the request from The Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR).
Travel Analysts coordinate ground and air travel for the UC moving to other shelters or to be placed under the care of families or sponsors. Travel may also be needed for routine, off-site medical appointments or other local resources. Travel Analysts input work requests into the scheduling system and maintain trip schedules and logs.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Â· Book flights, ground transportation, and hotel/rental car as required.
Â· Review travel itineraries.
Â· Coordinate with third-party travel vendors as required.
Â· Track transport movements during transports using MVM's proprietary system.
Â· Bachelor's in a related field OR four (4) years' experience in a professional setting.
Â· One (1) year of experience coordinating travel.
Â· Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Depending on the shelter location requested by ORR, MVM, Inc. may offer extended travel. Extended travel typically requires a commitment of a minimum of 30 to 90 days. Travel expenses will be paid according to Federal Travel Regulations. Locations may include, but are not limited to, New Mexico, California, Texas, and Arizona.
