The candidate will be responsible for developing functional requirements for a high-profile Navy Infrastructure Management Solution (IMS). The Senior Requirements Analyst will work with a requirements team and a separate design and development team that are located in different geographic areas. The candidate will be responsible for quickly learning the vision related to the IMS, creating functional requirements, interfacing with stakeholders and other team members to develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria. The Senior Requirements Analyst will report to the overall Program and Division Manager that oversees the IMS effort, as part of a larger program in support of Navy Information Dominance Forces Command (NAVIDFOR).
The candidate will be responsible for creating detailed functional requirements, identifying user roles, drafting use cases and user stories, and support the overall agile development lifecycle methodology being employed for this effort. Detailed acceptance criteria for each user story must be created to support accurate design and development efforts. Direct interaction with an analysis team, the product owner, and design and development teams is required.
