tiag, The Informatics Applications Group, has a need for a Program Management Support Specialist to join our team San Antonio, TX. This position requires that the candidate have and active Secret clearance. The Program Management Support Specialist will provide services for project management support including administrative planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and recommended approval actions to accomplish overall program objectives.
The employee will attend meetings and prepare Meeting Minutes (Deliverable 7) as designated by the Director, Information Management Services. Utilizing best practices and applicable regulations, they will monitor schedules of assigned projects, provide program office liaison (work with others to resolve issues), provide customer support, provide maintenance support (plan and coordinate hardware and software maintenance as necessary), provide training and supply support. They will be responsible for utilizing project management software, and developing & presenting briefings as required.
Required Qualifications: * 5+ years of related experience in a Project Management Support role * US Citizen- ability to obtain government security clearance * Prior experience in Federal Contracting or military experience preferred * PMP Certification (preferred) * BA Degree in related field (preferred)
