General Responsibilities: • Responsible for day-to-day coordination and administration of tasks by ensuring quality and productivity standards are maintained while meeting client schedules • Coordinates with team members and other contract personnel to ensure work moves smoothly from one functional area to another • Works with project manager and client to prepare work schedules and man-hour estimates. • Ensures proper training of subordinates. • Maintains record of changes in instructions and ensures all team members are informed of changes. • Assigns and reviews subordinates’ performance. • Prepares performance evaluations. • Ensures completion of administrative reporting, e.g ., timecards, daily statistics, logs, and task narratives. Responds to client requests and questions. • Assists with writing manuals and other documentation. Responsible for status and task management reports for area of responsibility. • Sets up and manages project facilities as dictated by workload requirements.
Mandatory Skills Requirements: • An active TS/SCI with polygraph is required • Ability to lead team through software baseline design, development, continuous monitoring, and sustainment • Exemplary organizational and customer-facing communication skills • Ability to manage a number of projects at one time and task to schedule • Experience developing security accreditation/certification documentation, and creating and maintaining security policy and procedures • Knowledge of Government security policies and familiarity with security-related technologies and auditing tools • Advance skills at developing security accreditation/certification documentation, and creating and maintaining security policy and procedures • Experience risk assessment and risk management • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS SharePoint; including Microsoft Project
Other Skills Preferred: • Experience in DAMI certification policies and procedures
Requires Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent, and five to seven years of related experience.
