DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
The Contractor will assist and support the Air Command and Control (AirC2) Programme Office and Services (PO&S) Acquisition Verification and Validation Section AVVS (Mission Assurance Branch MAB) in all aspects of planning and executing the planned integration and testing required during the acceptance phase of the ACCS Replication contract. He will coordinate with project contractor personnel located at the STVF and on-site. He will ensure that his testing is resourced adequately, planned and coordinated accordingly amongst various stakeholder entities. He will provide reports for Formal on-site test activities, making recommendations to senior AirC2 PO&S Management as required.
Bachelor Degree. Minimum of 10 years of experience.
Reviewing the test deliverables arising from the Replication contract, to ensure that the contractor has correctly interpreted the relevant specifications relating to Test & Evaluation (T&E)
Ensuring that resources (personnel, interfaces, communications, flights, etc.) required for System / Voice Communication Testing are identified, planned, and coordinated.
Ensuring that Test Plans and Procedures, and test Results are produced and analyzed to support verification and validation.
Monitoring the T&E related System Testing activities of related national implementation contracts and reporting test results to AIRC2 PO&S Management and Host (Replication) Nations are required.
Evaluating test plans and schedules proposed by the contractor(s) and providing recommendations and/or comments.
Travel as directed by the Purchaser.
Must have a minimum of an active Secret or SC clearance.
