Job Description
Ki Ho Military Acquisition Consulting, Inc. (KIHOMAC) is seeking electrical engineers to support the Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC) Applied Engineering and Technology Directorate (AETD) on the Electrical Systems Engineering Services (ESES) III contract. The principal purpose of this contract is to provide electrical/electronic engineering support services and related work to AETD organizations, as required, for the study, design, development, fabrication, integration, testing, verification and operations of space flight, airborne, and ground system hardware and software, including development and validation of new technologies to enable future space and science missions.
Qualifications


* Education/Training (both required and desired):
+ Bachelors Degree in management or other relevant discipline required
+ Experience equivalency for degree is 5 years in relevant discipline area (in addition to experience requirement below)


* Experience:
+ 7+ years of professional experience in the required task area


* Security:
+ Must be a US citizen
+ SECRET level security clearance required

Expertise and Functions


* Business Manager
+ Manage the business operations of large NASA contract (contracting, financial, HR, and administrative)
+ Supervises staff of contracting specialist, HR specialist, financial analyst, and admin

* Business Administration
+ Coordinate timely review of reports, letters, documents for customer delivery for quality deficiencies between staff and corporate contracts administrator
+ Attend corporate weekly staff meetings, monitor, track and report status of division assignments, provide requirements for action and scheduling recommendations
+ Assist staff on corporate policies and processes, coordinating with other company offices responsible for human resource administration, security, payroll, travel, contracts administration, information technology and business development as necessary. Assist staff with resolving issues in these areas as needed

* Financial Planning and Administration
+ Contract finance expertise to oversees the development of financial reporting documents for a large ID/IQ contract.
+ Work with division vice president and staff to develop overhead budgets, plans and projections
+ Monitor, track and report on overhead budget execution and variances
+ Voucher preparation - review all vouchers for accuracy, logging, scanning to necessary drives, and filing
+ Prepare monthly voucher for division credit card purchases

* Business Development
+ Develop and coordinate with other corporate offices responsible for corporate administrative functions new policy/process or policy/process changes that improve employee support, customer satisfaction and/or corporate profitability
+ Assist in the development and project management of initiatives to grow the division's business. This may include scheduling, monitoring and tracking review of IR&D topics, conducting market research, development of bills of materials and costs to achieve business objectives, etc
+ Provide scheduling support, meeting coordination, data management and assist in preparation of capability briefings and proposals

* Personnel Recruiting
+ Assist in recruiting personnel to include coordination of resume reviews and interviews, assembly of new hire Employment Packets as requested by corporate HR and local in-processing of new employees

* Communications
+ Prepare/deliver all hands announcements, division calendars and appointment schedules.
+ Handle incoming and outgoing mail/delivery needs - FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc
+ Assist staff with proper use of office equipment for faxing, copying, printing as requested
+ Prepare draft and final business letters, policy recommendations, marketing material proofs, informational briefings and business proposal drafts

* Administrative Support
+ Welcome visitors to office, accommodating their needs
+ Maintain organization/stocking of break room and supply room, to include purchasing
+ Assist in coordination/scheduling of office sponsored events to include conference room needs, food ordering, set up and breakdown
+ Assist Division Vice President and staff with travel arrangements - plans and schedules
+ Handle office building needs/issues with landlord as required
+ Answer and direct calls as appropriate
