GreenDart is seeking an Enterprise Scheduler to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals to provide Enterprise Systems Engineering support to the USAF Space and Missile Systems Center (SMC) Global Positioning Systems (GPS) Directorate. The Enterprise Scheduler will ensure major projects and program schedules and plans are horizontally and vertically integrated; tracks plans and schedules; identifies and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts; utilizes Gantt, PERT, milestone charts, and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas. Duties Include:
• Development of an Enterprise Master Schedule (EMS) – a product linking multiple schedule products, an Enterprise Integrated Master Plan (EIMP), and a database of Giver/Receiver dependencies
• Identification, documentation and management of key schedule dependencies between GPS segments, lead test organizations, development contractors, and external stakeholders
• Analysis of primary/secondary/tertiary critical paths and margin
• Creation of automated reporting templates and routine generation of reports using third-party tools and custom scripts
• Coaching client program managers, test subject matter experts, and senior-level teammates to construct Branch, Segment and IPT schedules
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration, Science or Engineering or related field with 5+ years of related experience
• Current DoD Secret security clearance
• Experience providing schedule deliverables in support of Government programs
• Experience with scheduling program integration, test and verification activities
• Experience with MS Project
• Excellent knowledge of common schedule analysis techniques, methods and off-the-shelf tools
• Proven experience building templates to produce automated schedule reports, schedule summary views, and briefing charts
• Effective communicator with excellent writing/briefing skills
• Collect and synthesize data across project teams and participate in the determination and management of scheduling team objectives
• Work in a dynamic organization, communicate within a team environment, and facilitate and lead status meetings
Desired Qualifications
• Experience with developing and planning test schedules for large systems
• Experience with Government satellite programs
• Experience integrating events between schedules produced by different organizations
• Experience managing schedules for large technical projects
• Experience leading the creation of schedules and processes to manage them
