The theater operations lead shall have demonstrated the ability to perform, at a minimum, the following duties:
Liaison with theater command staff for all program-related questions from and correspondence to theater command-level staff/elements, and provide operational briefings and status updates to address theater objectives and issues.
Assist in operations, sustainment, fielding, and drawdown of aerostats systems greater than 20 meters in length.
Assist theater safety offices, intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) staff, signal activities, and force protection offices as required.
Track regional center (RC) program issues and information requests.
Assist with all theater funding actions to include, joint acquisition review boards and coalition acquisition review boards.
Coordinate the Army Field Support Brigade (AFSB) processes and obtaining materials and resources for site support.
Ten years of related (technical environment) experience including management experience.
Five (5) years of operations with any aerostat larger than 20 meters in length.
