* Delivers dL and resident instruction; grades and records assigned coursework to include: Critical and Strategic Thinking; National Security Policy and Strategy, Defense Enterprise Management; Theater Strategy and Campaigning, Contemporary Operations and associated Organizational Leadership. * The contractor instructs seminar groups of fifteen students in five programs (Profession of Arms, Foundations, Joint Interagency Intergovernmental Multinational (JIIM), and Policy to Action) of Joint Special Operations Forces Senior Enlisted Academy (JSOFSEA).Contractor coordinates the activities of an instructional team.This instruction includes planning and execution of classified JSOFSEA Planning curriculum. * Meets with students during arranged hours, individual class preparation, maintenance of an active research agenda, and preparation of new lectures, conference presentation, publication commitments, and an open expectation of peer critique. * Facilitates students on Operational Design tenets, theater synchronization, and joint-combined-interagency integration methods. * Supports students (groups and individuals) through capstone and magnet capstone projects. * Maintains proficiency on JSOU's current utilized learning management system. * Maintains proficiency in the use of current Information Technology (IT) and Automatic Data Processing (ADP) equipment, software and automated mission planning tools prescribed to conduct Joint Operations Planning Process (JOPP). * Prepares briefings and writing of technical papers. * Provides iterative services to all seminar groups on a one to one basis. * Supports periodic curriculum reviews to ensure lesson plans meet instructional design standards and content requirements. * Designs and develops comprehensive JSOU-EA lesson plans to include conducting research, developing lesson objectives, samples of behavior, outlines, presentation graphics and student learning checks/evaluations. * Applies relevant and up to date, subject matter expertise and experience in all curriculum areas to include Organizational Leadership, Thinking Framework and models, JIIM, National Security Policy and Strategy, Defense Enterprise Management, Theater Strategy and Campaigning, SOCOM Enterprise, and Contemporary Operations. * Delivers content on subjects related to EJPME collaboration in SOF operations, programs, and activities. * Promotes and Facilitates professional education in areas related to the goals of USSOCOM and the University.
* SECRET clearance required. * BA/BS required in any field. * Experience at the component or operations level of the joint staff (JCS, COCOM, TSOC, JSOTF, etc.). * Participated in or supported Special Operations Forces (SOF) operations within the last 5 years
