The purpose of this contract is to provide the government customer with analysts to assist them in their goal to establish global network awareness and threat characterization capabilities that will forecast, alert, and attribute malicious cyber activity and enable Computer Network Operations (CNO).
This effort requires personnel who can perform intelligence analysis and select pertinent IMINT, SIGINT (COMINT and Technical SIGINT), MASINT, HUMINT, FININT, and open source material for specified target sets and format the information for dissemination. In addition, personnel must be able to discover, characterize, affiliate, and report new cyber activity and actors to include describing how the activity is being conducted and also characterization of a sophisticated cyber-capable adversary. Introductory DNI experience is preferred.
REQUIRED: Must have an ACTIVE TS/SCI Poly Clearance * Must minimum of six (6) continuous years of work experience in Multi-Source analysis or a related field, or a combination of six (6) years of work experience in Multi-Source analysis or related field and a Bachelors degree in an applicable field and a Bachelors degree in an applicable field (for example, math, science, engineering, intelligence, language); * Experience demonstrating competence with relevant CNO, SIGINT, and FININT tools and databases used for the customer mission, and communication skills that include the ability to provide formal documentation of analysis and/or research results. Shall have considered Subject Matter Expert for working groups and meetings with partner organizations/agencies. * Demonstrated expertize in analyzing intelligence or other related information and technical data, analyzing exploitation opportunities, documenting information and processes, gathering intelligence information, interpreting analytical results, performing Internet research, writing and editing skills at a technical/professional level, and managing internal and external customer relations; * Effective communicator * Ability to multi-task, handle a high-paced work environment, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
