Altamira is currently seeking a GEOINT Analyst - FMV/Geospatial Specialist to be a member of a team providing Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) of Full Motion Video (FMV). The candidate will also perform the following:
* Coordinates activity across TCPED-F nodes.
* Exploit Motion Imagery in a high operational tempo intelligence fusion environment
* Perform geo-location mensuration functions, extracts coordinates and positional relationships from digital databases
* Compiles, segregates, evaluates researches, interprets, analyzes and disseminates intelligence information to support operations
* Utilize basic imagery analyst skills, plotting, map reading, object identification by order-of-battle, and facility identification and description by purpose and function
* Produce imagery-derived intelligence products and reports for publication and distribution to a broad range of customers
* Coordinate with IC and Operational elements at all echelons to disseminate and integrate intelligence.
* Respond to support units with second and third phase analysis that integrates FMV with other sources.
* Be able to conduct a positional changeover to include but not limited to product status, classification, and applicable mission rooms.
* Prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports and briefings with the creation and use of visual aids, and draft, edit and proofread documents for publishing that are derived from Analysis of FMV and Imagery
* Provide real-time 24/7/365 support in a shift work environment as an integral part of a team
* Employs SOCET GXP & RemoteView to support operations.
* Employs Network analysis, data management, versioned editing and Python ( arcpy ) scripting to address mission-specific requirements.
* Convert of geo-database files, shape files, Google Earth KML/KMZ, and CSV files to support mission operations.
* Regular expression usage, temporal expressions, and geospatial representations (datum, projections, and coordinate systems).
* Experience using ESRI products developing applications in ArcGIS using ArcObjects (preferred) or MapObjects ; modeling with ArcSDE ; GIS Server or ArcIMS site development, implementations and maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Excellent written communication, research, and analytic skills
* Excellent oral communication skills for presenting, briefing, or communicating analytical research material including the use of multimedia presentations
* Expert ability to manage research and coordination for projects
* Experience with tradecraft and publication and ability to coordinate and support cross-community meetings and working groups, assimilate large volumes of information, and independently produce written reports
* TS/SCI security clearance
* HS diploma/GED AND with at least 5 years of FMV Analysis experience with exposure to JQS and other formal training methodologies and standards.
* At least 1-year of geospatial analyst training and 3-years of geospatial analyst experience.
* Must be able to work shift work as required

Desired Qualifications:
* Knowledge of Intelligence Community and DOD programs and products
* Experience with tactical, operational and strategic tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, dissemination and feedback operations in an operational setting.
* Proficient knowledge of state-of-the-art intelligence imagery/geospatial analysis tools - SOCET GXP, ArcView, esri platforms
* Experience developing analytical and imagery-derived products (IDPs) using MAAS, and DCGS-A.
* Experience with GE/GETS/UNICORN.
* Specialized training from intelligence collection and analysis school
* GEOINT certifications
* Prior collection management experience in any discipline
* Experience following IC directives and guidance.
* Undergraduate degree with at least 11 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 7 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience; OR HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with at least 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience to include 10 years of current GEOINT Analysis experience
* At least three years experience as a trainer/instructor for FMV/PED/GEOINT activities in support of DOD operations.
