Applications Programmer / Analyst , Lead

Clearance Level (Required to Start): Secret

Daily Job Responsibilities:
•SharePoint custom development using SharePoint API, .Net, C, C#, Visual Studio, and SharePoint Designer.
•Develop, test, support, configure, secure, optimize, and resolve issues related to server and client system loads and login scripts.
•Research and provide solutions to complex technical issues.
•Provide integrated solutions utilizing a variety of software/products with a focus in Microsoft SharePoint.
•Perform analysis of complex system issues and provide corrective action.
•Must be Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
•Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
•Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
•Understanding of, and experience with, server-client computing and relational database environments.
•Experience with SharePoint content management and server administration.
•Knowledge of reporting and trend analysis tools and practices; good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills and technical documentation skills.
•Provides follow-up service to end-users to ensure that service provided has addressed their needs in a timely and efficient manner. Knowledge or experience with any or all of the applications / efforts listed below is a plus: ◦Implementation and upgrade of CRM-based applications on SharePoint 2007, 2010, and 2013 platforms (D-CATS/CRIMS/EBAS)
◦Forefront Identity Manager (FIM): Implementation of group management in SharePoint.
◦Electronic Records Management System (ERMS) Deployment: Integration of SharePoint with new deployment of ERMS.
◦Development Initiatives: Integration of SharePoint with various development system migrations


Required Skills:
•Development experience using SharePoint API
•Experience with Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer, and.NET; experience with PowerShell scripting

Preferred Skills:
•Server administration background
•Experience with SCRUM and/or Agile fundamentals

Degree & Years of Experience: BS or 8-10 years of relevant experience.

Certification Requirements: Security+ within 6 months on contract
