Hi! I’m recruiting for a Manufacturing Engineer opportunity in Andover, MA supporting precision CNC manufacturing and new-product introduction in a defense-related environment. The team is particularly interested in engineers with: - 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience - Strong GD&T and engineering drawing interpretation experience - Knowledge of high-speed machining, cutting tools, and CNC machine capabilities - Experience developing manufacturing processes, tooling, inspection plans, and CNC programs - A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Aerospace Engineering Experience with 4+ axis CNC programming, Creo CAD/CAM, Vericut, CIMCO Edit, ICAM post-processors, SPC, or Six Sigma/root-cause methods would be especially valuable. An active clearance is not required, but candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance.
