Job Description
LightGrid is hiring a SharePoint Developer/Administrator to work remotely with occasional Trips to Fort Meade, MD. Active DOD SECRET Clearance required.
Responsibilities
The contractor shall support the development and maintenance of the Directorate and Divisional presence in multiple online forums, which include DoD365 SharePoint and other DISA-approved electronic repositories. The online presence is intended to provide both internal and external communication of information related to the division of projects and their impact to the DoD. For internal communication, the online presence is intended to be a useful repository for information and documentation in both draft and final form. The contractor’s development and maintenance efforts of these online assets shall facilitate ease of communication across interested parties while maintaining ease of use and preventing loss of data. The contractor shall be responsible for reviewing the current KM pages and providing feedback and recommendations on pages to allow for a unified presence for the Directorate. The contractor shall publish PAE Transport Directorate site content and manage site layout (i.e., look and feel), structure, content, site recycle bin, site features, and analytics. The contractor will create, modify, and delete pages, lists and libraries, sub-sites, and workspaces required to meet the Directorate/Division needs.
Required skills and Education
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a technical discipline, e.g., IT Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science
5+ years Development /Admin experience is required
• Ability to work independently to support customer's needs
• Ability to work directly with the prime contractor project team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to collaborate test plans and reports with Government and equipment vendors.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft office suite to include SharePoint, Word, and Excel
