Duration: 18 Months, potential to extend
Clearance Secret, will hold TS if you have it
Must Haves
• Active DoD Secret clearance; TS/SCI preferred
• Ability to obtain DHS Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Experience with use case development and user story creation
• Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with project coordination and tracking
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with business analysis tools and techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Plusses
• Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs
• Background in technology assessment or capability evaluation
• Knowledge of cybersecurity operations and mission environments
• Experience with agile requirements management
• Familiarity with cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations
• Experience developing metrics and performance measurement frameworks
• Understanding of federal governance and decision-making processes
• DoD 8140 IAT Level II
• ITIL, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAFe certifications
Day to Day Responsibilities
Insight Global is currently seeking a Business Process Analyst III to join a client in the federal cybersecurity and government services industry. This individual will lead use case identification and requirements gathering efforts supporting technology integration initiatives aligned to mission objectives. The analyst will facilitate stakeholder workshops, translate operational pain points into actionable technology requirements, and coordinate between technical and operational teams. Daily responsibilities include documenting workflows, defining success metrics, and developing business cases and value propositions for pilot initiatives. The role supports governance review processes through business impact analysis and maintains requirements traceability throughout the integration lifecycle. This individual will manage stakeholder communications, provide leadership briefings, and ensure alignment across organizations. Additionally, the analyst will facilitate lessons learned activities and enforce scope discipline with clear transition and exit decisions.
