You will be the Office Planning Team Lead Project Manager - Level 4 for the Facilities Engineering Space Planning team which is responsible for strategically planning and managing office space utilization to support large-scale programs while staying within facility and budget constraints.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
Design experience in a manufacturing or industrial facility including equipment layouts, and/or mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction.
Experienced in using CAD to produce layouts and construction documents
(Examples - Microstation/AutoCAD/Catia)
Knowledge of building codes and standards
Project Management experience in working a project from conception to completion
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection)
Familiarity with codes & regulations (NFPA, UFC) codes)
Coaching and mentoring of engineers and support staff
Delegation and workload balancing
Conflict resolution and decision-making under pressure
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

What You Will Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include:
- Define baseline project requirements with customers, manage change orders, and establish operating budgets.
- Lead project reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance, setting milestones and monitoring adherence to master plans.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary resources-including network, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing teams-to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Act as the primary liaison for classified and non-classified office projects, resolving issues by reallocating resources or adjusting scope.
- Guide project-management teams and assigned staff to ensure successful delivery of refurbishments, renovations, and new-build initiatives.
