We are currently seeking a Junior Program Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Junior Program Analyst will provide Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Case support to the PMA-280 FMS UK Team
Supports the efforts and actions of the Case Manager/Program Managers/Team Lead for various Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. With other members of the Security Cooperation team, and under the direction of the Case Manager/Program Manager/Team Lead, assists the Case Manager in analyzing and managing all aspects of FMS casework in accordance with the Arms Export Control Act, the Security Assistance Management Manual (SAMM) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulation (ITAR) as well as applicable DoD Acquisition policy guidance. In support of the above functions, a Secret clearance is required for the position. Security Clearance level obtainable after assignment to position is acceptable. The Contractor will determine security level achievability prior to placement.
Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:
Support foreign government system operational capability queries. This may include comparing FMS capabilities with current domestic capabilities.
· Assist with updating and delivering various reports, to include the following as a minimum:
o Meeting agendas and minutes and track issues and action items as required.
o Issues and watch items for the FMS Leadership Team.
o Briefing materials and IGS inputs for FMS integration.
o Action item tracker(s)
· Manage disclosure review and release process
· Coordinate logistics for Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Working Groups (WG), and other internal team and external partner meetings.
· Other duties as assigned
Required Education : Education requirement must be fulfilled by a degree in a Program Management, Technical, or Business
analysis discipline.
Allowable Substitution:
Bachelor's Degree Six (6) years additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Or
Associate's Degree plus Three (3) years' additional relevant work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.
Required Experience: A Junior level person within a labor category has less than (3) Three years of relevant experience. A Junior level person is responsible for assisting more senior positions and/or performing functional duties under the oversight of more senior positions
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

The salary range for this position is $44,819.01-$67,228.51 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
