Torch Technologies is seeking a Fixed Site Requirements Analyst to join our team and support JIATF 401 with the development, analysis, and integration of operational requirements for Counter Small Unmanned Aircraft System (C-sUAS) capabilities supporting fixed site and base defense operations. This role is responsible for identifying capability gaps, defining operational and performance requirements, and translating mission needs into actionable recommendations that support strategic objectives, operational planning, and mission execution in complex threat environments.

This role is responsible for identifying capability gaps, defining operational and performance requirements, and translating mission needs into actionable recommendations that support strategic objectives, operational planning, and mission execution in complex threat environments.
As a Fixed Site Requirements Analyst, your duties will include the following, but are not limited to:
- Develop and document operational requirements, capability needs, and performance standards for C-sUAS systems supporting fixed site and base defense operations.
- Analyze mission requirements, operational environments, adversary UAS capabilities, and system limitations to identify capability gaps and recommend operational solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise on the tactical employment, integration, sustainment, and operational effectiveness of C-sUAS systems in fixed site defense environments.
- Support integration of C-sUAS capabilities into the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), operational planning, and mission execution activities.
- Assist with capability development efforts including operational assessments, system evaluations, requirements validation, and fielding events.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, operators, analysts, and industry partners to refine operational requirements and improve mission effectiveness.
- Identify vulnerabilities and assess threats posed by adversary UAS TTPs targeting fixed site infrastructure and critical assets.
- Support development of operational guidance, CONOPS, technical documentation, and capability integration products related to C-sUAS employment.
- Evaluate operational feedback, system performance, and user assessments to inform capability development and sustainment requirements.
- Support operational evaluations and validation efforts for fixed site C-sUAS systems to ensure effectiveness against evolving aerial threats.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Masters Degree +3 years of relevant experience OR
- Bachelors' Degree +5 years of relevant experience OR
- Associates' Degree +8 years of relevant experience OR
- Highschool/GED +12 years of specialized relevant experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required (must be able to maintain)
- Strong experience applying the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP) at the operational or senior planning level
- Experience developing operational requirements, capability recommendations, and integration strategies for C-sUAS or similar mission areas
- Strong understanding of C-sUAS technologies, system capabilities, operational employment, sustainment considerations, and adversary UAS TTPs
- Experience analyzing operational environments and translating mission needs into actionable requirements and planning products
- Strong communication skills with experience briefing senior leaders and coordinating with technical and operational stakeholders
- Experience supporting operational assessments, validation events, exercises (FTX/LFX/VALEX), and capability evaluations
- Domain expertise in base defense and fixed site operations, including Air Force and Navy ashore environments
- Experience working in joint, interagency, or coalition environments supporting integrated mission requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational documentation tools
