Information Systems Solutions is looking for a candidate to provide Program Management for Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) in support of the National Science Foundation.

Traveling to onsite locations in Antarctica is possible. 

Specific duties include but are not limited to the following:

· Provide the overall management, guidance, and direction of the POLAR team. 

· Provide progress, status, and detailed support updates to the client (Daily, Weekly and Monthly).

· Deliver timely, accurate, and professional communications to government stakeholders across multiple cadences.

· Compile comprehensive weekly status reports covering accomplishments, risks, issues, and mitigation plans, ensuring all reporting is accurate, clear and data driven. 

· Develop detailed monthly performance reports that include key performance indicators (KPIs), trend analysis, resource utilization, and forward-looking projections. 

· Ensure adherence to DOD and network security standards, guidelines and SOPs.

· Maintain full compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) directives, instructions, NIST frameworks, and any agency-specific security policies.

· Serve as the point of escalation for compliance-related matters and coordinate with the government’s security personnel (e.g., ISSO, ISSM) to support Authorization to Operate (ATO) activities, security control assessments, and Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) tracking

· Function as the primary interface and trusted advisor between the company and the government customer. 

· Respond promptly and professionally to all government requests, taskers, and inquiries, coordinating internally with corporate support functions (contracts, finance, HR, security) as required.

Requirements

Certification (IAM II)
One of the following:

· CASP+ 

· CAP 

· CISM 

· CISSP (or Associate) 

· GSLC

Required skills:

· 8+ years of program management experience working with government clients.

· Proven ability to build and maintain team cohesion, accountability, and high performance despite geographical separation using tools such as Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, or other enterprise collaboration platforms

· Strong track record virtual environments, and one-on-one coaching sessions that drive individual and team development.

· Skillfully resolve interpersonal or technical conflicts while focusing on mission objectives and client needs.

· Lead by example through transparency, accountability, and recognition of team achievements.

· Profession demeanor and a proactive nature.

· Effective communication

· Maintain a high level of integrity, professionalism and responsiveness contributing to contract retention and possible expansion.
