The Opportunity:

The Product Support Analyst serves as direct support to the PMS 525 Logistics Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM) and Assistant Program Manager to the PAPM (APM) executing the following Documentation/IT and Artificial Intelligence (AI) support services on their Operations Team. In light of USN's focus on Generative AI development and usage in daily operations, the Product Support Analyst must be fully adept with an AI skillset to provide the PAPM/APM with expertise for implementation into current processes and derive means to improve overall logistics team efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Prepares, revises, and finalizes Presentations on behalf of the Logistics PAPM and APM for all PMS 525L's high level meetings with the PMS 525 Program Manager (PM), Deputy Program Manager (DPM), Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF), as well as for key Logistics meetings that include but are not limited to, PMS 525 Logistics Monthly Meetings, Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Working Groups with RSNF, ILSMTs, Logistics Conferences, and other special meetings, upon request.

In support of the APM, coordinates with Tech Data Analyst and functional area leads to consolidate monthly metrics for each Logistics product area, then ensures that output is presented in a manner that is satisfactory to PAPM's needs

Develops and maintains current PMS 525L's Logistics FlankSpeed SharePoint repository
o Additionally, manages the SharePoint file structure, regularly populating PAPM's repository with Logistics Presentations, functional area Program Plans (like LCSP, Product Support Plan, Disposal Plan), RSNF Correspondence, and Action Item Closure letters
• Continues to manage Action Item progress and completions for the PAPM/APM
• Establishes the PAPM's Schedule of upcoming key meetings for effective planning and execution.
• Travels and attends meetings upon request of the PAPM
• Performs ad-hoc tasking, upon request of the PAPM and APM

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's Degree (Master's degree a Plus) in Business, IT/AI, Engineering
• Knowledgeable of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) either through prior work experience or education, and ability to apply concepts to support client requirements
• Experienced in use of MS Power BI, Tableau or other software for presentations and other product development
• Must be able to work as a team player and support customers/clients well in a challenging work environment (tight deadlines with compressed schedules)
• Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be highly detail-oriented and focused on Quality Assurance
• Mandatory knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate or advanced level of proficiency
• Knowledge of US Navy Ships and shipboard systems

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
