Site Security Manager
Location: Dayton, OH
Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI or Top Secret/SAP
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI or Top Secret/SAP U.S. Government Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position necessitates an active U.S. Government Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use.
Travel: Up to 10% travel to CONUS locations as required by customer

As a Site Security Manager, you will be responsible for leading security oversight and support.
Who You Are and What You Need:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Physical Security and TEMPEST operations
- Completion of ICD 705 training
- Formal SSM training and demonstrated MILCON project management expertise
- Certified TEMPEST training background
- Experience authoring and implementing Construction Security Plans (CSPs)
- Proven coordination and implementation experience with TSCM activities
- Hands-on experience designing, installing, and operating IDS, ACS, and WIDS systems
- Extensive knowledge of SCIF/SAPF accreditation requirements and processes
- Experience developing and delivering security training programs
- Possession of CDSE SPeD certifications (SFPC, PSC, SAPPC)
- Background in Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection (AT/FP) operations
What You Will Do:
- Provide security programming and design expertise relevant to SCIF operations and the organizational requirements to enable mission. This includes expertise in electronic security systems, SCIF comprehensive risk management and operational technology cybersecurity requirements.
- Apply Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 requirements to ensure ICD 705 compliance of construction designs and identify construction products, samples and submittals by type, format and quantity required to complete the fixed facility checklist and the DIA accreditation process.
- Provide expertise in the development, submittal and oversight of the necessary security documents to include: construction security plan, pre-construction checklist, inspectable materials checklist, and TEMPEST requirements.
- Apply expertise in the development of the construction surveillance program and the management of site security surveillance on active construction sites.
- Provide oversight of site security technicians.
- Provide expertise to execute the SCIF testing and accreditation process from design through construction and fully accredited/operational status. (ICS 750-02).
- Assist with security planning and resourcing requirements across S4S services portfolio.
