IT Manager


Location: Dayton, OH


Minimum Clearance Required: Top Secret/SCI or Top Secret/SAP

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI or Top Secret/SAP U.S. Government Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required, as this position necessitates an active U.S. Government Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens are not eligible to obtain a U.S. security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations, and illegal drug use.

Travel: Up to 5% travel to CONUS locations or as required by customer

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for advising and assisting in all IT aspects of the MILCON project.

Who You Are and What You Need:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology; Master's degree preferred

  • 12–15 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 8–10 years focused on DoD or Intelligence projects

  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)

  • Experience in system architecture, software development, and IT project management

  • Deep knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and the ATO process

  • Experience working with classified networks

  • Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks, cloud computing, database management, and IT governance

  • Proven leadership ability to guide teams and manage complex IT projects, including budgeting and resource allocation

  • Previous experience designing, developing, and integrating the complete technology infrastructure for a new, large-scale intelligence facility

  • Responsible for translating complex operational and mission requirements into a cohesive and resilient enterprise architecture

  • Knowledge of data centers, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud integration




What You Will Do:


  • Provide expertise in the design, programming, planning and management of IT infrastructure for new SCIF MILCON requirements.

  • Provide support for identifying IT mission requirements, program development, equipment acquisition and disposition.

  • Support the construction IT submittal process, test-reports reviews, change order management and review of all record documents.

  • Coordinate activities and fulfill liaison responsibilities for external agencies to include WPAFB 88th Communications Squadron, NASIC and IC mission partners.

  • Ensure timely participation in all IT-related reviews (100% attendance at required meetings); accurate advisory input resulting in compliant IT submittals and installations.
