What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a dynamic aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to supervisors, local contacts, and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help identify suspicious activity, maintenance concerns, and/or potential policy violations.
• Monitor access points and observe site activity to help support authorized entry, visitor processing, and adherence to location protocols for employees, contractors, and/or guests.
• Prepare clear, timely reports of patrol findings, incidents, and/or notable observations, and assist with follow-up actions in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
