Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Wichita, KS, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol an aviation and defense location, helping to support a secure environment through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong customer service. This is a driving post, offering the opportunity to respond across the location while using communication, teamwork, and integrity to help address security-related concerns and deliver a professional experience each day.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through proper channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, hangars, parking areas, and perimeter zones to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify entry authorization for employees, visitors, and contractors in accordance with location protocols and aerospace-related operational requirements.
• Support day-to-day operations by communicating with site contacts, assisting with directional inquiries, and following post orders related to restricted areas, sensitive assets, and/or after-hours activity.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
