Location: Remote - supporting global federal operations
Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a highly skilled RSO Tools ServiceNow Developer to support a federal client in developing and enhancing mission-critical ServiceNow solutions within a secure environment.
In this role, you will work hand in hand with a business analyst in a structured, collaborative environment with a consistent and active development workstream. You will contribute to a high-impact project with global scale, supporting the transformation and modernization of existing ServiceNow functionality while helping deliver scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions for federal operations.

What You'll Do
As an RSO Tools ServiceNow Developer, you will:
- Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow solutions supporting enterprise federal operations
- Build and maintain advanced workflows and automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer
- Analyze existing functionality and modernize legacy ServiceNow processes into scalable enterprise solutions
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality functionality
- Contribute to solution design discussions and recommend scalable platform approaches aligned with business needs
- Support development activities across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions
- Collaborate with existing platform teams to understand current functionality and support knowledge transfer activities
- Maintain development documentation, configurations, and technical standards
- Ensure solutions align with platform best practices, security requirements, and operational objectives
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Remote work supporting global federal operations
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Active Secret Clearance required
- Minimum of 10+ years experience with ServiceNow development
- Expert-level experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer
- Minimum of 10+ years experience developing advanced ServiceNow workflows and automation solutions
- Experience supporting enterprise ServiceNow implementations and platform enhancements leveraging Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or App Engine
- Experience developing or supporting ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and workflow automation solutions
- Experience supporting Agile development and iterative delivery environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve independently
- Ability to manage multiple streams of work concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and proactive work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale or globally distributed ServiceNow environments
- Experience modernizing legacy ServiceNow workflows or platform functionality
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform modernization or workflow optimization initiatives
- Experience collaborating closely with business analysts, developers, and cross-functional delivery teams
- Experience supporting secure federal or enterprise operational environments
- Support enterprise ServiceNow modernization initiatives with global operational impact
- Work on complex workflow automation and platform transformation efforts
- Collaborate with experienced technical and functional teams in a highly structured environment
