Position Overview
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Production/Inventory Coordinator B to support production operations by managing the movement and tracking of materials. This role is critical to ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting cross-functional coordination.

- 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 5:00 AM

Position Overview
PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a Production/Inventory Coordinator B to support production operations by managing the movement and tracking of materials. This role is critical to ensuring smooth production flow, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and move production parts and materials across storage, production, and staging areas
- Monitor and analyze work-in-process to support production efficiency
- Communicate material status using automated systems and manual reporting tools
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in materials using established processes
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to set priorities and expedite production activities
- Support efforts to prevent schedule delays and production disruptions
- Follow standard work instructions under general supervision
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 35 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to work overtime and variable shifts as needed
- Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, customers)
- Minimum 1+ year experience in manufacturing, warehousing, retail, or related environment
- Forklift license or ability to obtain one
- Experience with:
- ERPLN application
- Order Manager
- Shipside Action Tracker (SAT)
- Enablon
- Prior experience supporting non-production materials, tools, or shop supplies
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Typically 1+ years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational training or Associate degree)
- Ability to operate a forklift
- Lift up to 35 lbs regularly
- Stand/walk for extended periods, including occasional stair climbing
- Regular and predictable attendance is required
- Must be available to work any shift based on business needs
- This position is 100% onsite in North Charleston, SC
