Amentum is seeking a Range Services Manager to join our team on Andros Island, Bahamas to support the Atlantic Undersea Test and Evaluation Center (AUTEC) mission. The Range Services Manager must have the ability to manage and oversee up to 45 contract technicians and manage the oversight of all areas within the marine department on the AUTEC facility, Andros Island, Bahamas. The current fleet includes two OSV converted launch and recovery vessels, two rendezvous vessels and 13 outboard vessels. The department also supports a machine / weld shop, pier shop, electrical shop, and bosun's locker, in addition to multiple facilities. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government Clearance. Note: U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Oversight of scheduling assets, personnel, preventative and corrective maintenance, budget oversight, purchasing, and overall operational readiness.
• Oversight of employee performance and career development and training requirements and qualifications for job related tasks.
• Attend and participate in all weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings related to marine operations.
• Work closely with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) ensuring all EHS guidelines and adhered to and followed.
• Prepare and present all marine-related Contract Data Requirement Listings (CDRL).
• Oversee all procurement and vendor requisition requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
• High School Diploma (college degree preferred)
• 5 years in marine management position (Military experience shall be considered)
• Pass drug and alcohol screenings.
• Must be able to work/reside in remote location with limited medical facilities.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills required.
• Applicants must possess a valid driver's license and U.S. Passport.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
• DoD Range Testing experience preferred.
• Previous ship / vessel experience
• Computer proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
Compensation Details:
$126,000 - $135,000
