As a member of the award-winning FBM Target 49 Age Management team in the FBM Program Integration directorate, you'll work on the team responsible for leading the FBM Age Management program dedicated to assessing the Trident II (D5) Flight System based on calendar life degradation and functional operation from initial manufacture to removal from service. We are responsible for the engineering evaluations of age risks on the flight system assemblies, modeling technical & program risks, statistical assessments, and creating digital threads that integrate into a digital twin of the Flight System. This team is agile, innovative, and adaptable - we are looking for someone that shares those attributes and is excited about the mission we serve!
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited college or university
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance, thus requiring US Citizenship
• Basic knowledge & understanding of materials across mechanical and electrical assemblies
• Basic experience, understanding, and application of modeling, statistical assessments, data visualization, and information systems (e.g., MATLAB, Tableau, etc.)
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated ability of working on a team
• Demonstrated experience with project management (planning, coordinating, and executing schedules, events, tasks, budgets, or projects)
• Organization and prioritization skills including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple competing priorities
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a dynamic environment and tackle numerous roles as part of the daily program operations
• Experience integrating with engineering teams
• Good presentation, oral and written skills to facilitate effective and efficient technical and business interchanges with customers and management

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $57,500 - $101,430. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
