SPA has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst-Intragovernmental.
Responsibilities
The role entails delivering an enterprise eliminations capability within Advana or Palantir Foundry to enhance consolidated reporting for the Department of Work (DoW) and Office of Shared Work (OSW). This solution aims to provide end-to-end visibility, automated transaction matching, and workflow-driven remediation across agencies and funds. Responsibilities include automating the linkage of trading-partner transactions within the Advana/Foundry platform and integrating Treasury G-Invoicing (e.g., 7600B) for order and performance alignment. The role also involves identifying unmatched or unreconciled balances, categorizing them using age buckets and root-cause codes, and implementing workflow-driven corrective actions. Efforts will continue to refine RSC-to-TPEC matching logic for improved accuracy. Additionally, the position requires building an eliminations application to manage consolidated balances for the DoW, ensuring a comprehensive audit trail and evidence packages to support testing and sample requests. The scope includes supporting inter- and intra-fund eliminations, such as Working Capital Fund (WCF) versus General Fund (GF) transactions, as well as intra-agency eliminations. This capability is critical for streamlining financial operations, enhancing transparency, and enabling more efficient consolidation processes.
At SPA, we strive to deliver a robust total compensation package that will attract and retain the top talent. Elements of the compensation package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities.
SPA provides eligible employees with an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and a number of programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
The specific programs and options available to any given employee may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, etc. Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Salary Range: $100k-$130k.
