JOB TITLE: System Administrator
SCHEDULE: Full-Time, On-site (not remote eligible)
LOCATION: Ft. Belvoir, VA; travel up to 15% (CONUS/OCONUS)

We’re currently seeking an exceptionally skilled Systems Administrator to support the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Advance Red Cyber program, enabling high-impact red team operations through secure, resilient, and well-managed infrastructure and environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Administering sensitive operational and developmental networks and systems supporting DTRA Advance Red Cyber mission needs.
Managing Windows Active Directory environments, hypervisors, Linux and Windows virtual machines, and Apache web servers.
Operating and maintaining AWS cloud instances in support of program infrastructure.
Managing and securing network firewalls to protect sensitive environments and services.
Supporting modern infrastructure patterns including microservices (Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (Terraform), and containerization (Docker).
Required Qualifications:
Must possess a TS/SCI Clearance
3+ years of experience administering sensitive networks and systems in accordance with DoD cybersecurity policies, procedures, and best practices
Experience managing Windows Active Directory environments
Experience with hypervisors
Experience supporting Linux and Windows virtual machines
Experience with Apache Web Servers
Experience with AWS cloud instances
Experience managing network firewalls
Experience with microservices (Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (IaC) such as Terraform, and containerization tools like Docker
Desired Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and comfort working in a mission/customer-facing environment.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% (CONUS/OCONUS).

Pay Range: $100,000 - 125,000
