The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention.

The Surety Programs Group (SPG) supports government and private sector management of complex safety, security, and reliability programs for high consequence operations. SPG delivers industry-leading, innovative, and value-added services such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention to help our clients understand and mitigate mission risks spanning physical, cyber, and human domains.

SPG is hiring for a full-time Mid-level Facility Manager to work on site at our location in Yuma, AZ.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily shipping and receiving operations, including packaging, labeling, and coordination with carriers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for aircraft, parts, tools, and support equipment.
  • Build, configure, and modify shipping containers and crates for aircraft, payloads, and support equipment.
  • Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Support basic facility maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
  • Ensure warehouses are organized, compliant, and ready to support rapid operational needs.
  • Coordinate with engineering, flight operations, and program teams to support deployments and testing activities.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
  • U.S. Citizen with ability to work Full-Time in Yuma, AZ.
  • 10+ years of experience in a comparable role.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
  • Ability to safely operate a forklift (certification preferred or ability to obtain).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform light maintenance, fabrication, and repair tasks.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, operational environment.
  • FAA Part 107 UAS Remote Pilot in Command certificate (preferred).
  • Familiarity with UAS assembly, maintenance, or repair.
  • Experience building custom shipping containers, crates, or transport solutions.
  • Experience supporting field operations, testing, or deployments.
  • Aviation related repair schools, military or manufacturer.
