SPA has an immediate need for a Financial Analyst - Solutioning.
Responsibilities
Leading discussions for solutions working groups/workshops. Providing status updates on workshops. Drafting and distributing meeting minutes and due outs
Coordinating with enterprise architect & divestiture solutions teams. Identifying system gaps & recommending solutions. Determine as-is system process and develop COAs for target system. Leading COA development discussions

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years' experience
- At least 2 years' experience leading cross-domain planning meetings
- Ability to work with various departments to facilitate orderly development of solution planning documentation
- Experience in MS Office Products (MS Office, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint)
- Experience drafting written communication for or to executive leadership.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, organizational, and time-management skills
- An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it throughout employment
