Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Executing Weapon System Manager (WSM) functions for major complex, aviation Support Equipment (SE) systems which encompasses the following areas within common and peculiar support equipment (SE) acquisition programs: Site Activation, Site Surveys, Initial Outfitting, Support Equipment Requirements Document (SERD) development, CSE/PSE SE Acquisition Management, Fleet interface, tracking and Staging Area operational processes for the procurement, requisitioning and manufacturing of SE for delivery to the U.S. Navy and Marine Corps in support of site stand-ups; 2) Evaluating progress in attaining Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) objectives determining the need for action in order to correct deficient performance; 3) Coordinating with Initial Outfitting Managers (IOMs) to manage SE assets effectively and directing SE shipment from DLA/NAWCADLKE Staging Area for site outfitting to achieve the operational capability scheduled in the WSPD; 4) Maintaining contact with system users in the field to identify problems, deficiencies, user capabilities, and user needs. Identifying and troubleshooting both routine and more urgent and/or complex problems and initiating solutions; 5) Determining priorities, milestones, required completion dates, and developing long-range plans identifying critical support areas, resources and their availability to determine the impact of program and budgetary changes; 6) Developing and reviewing aircraft SERDs for IPS requirements and managing the SERD process for the timely introduction of accurate end item data into AUTOSERD/SERMIS in support of aircraft PSE acquisitions.

- You will process SERDs to ensure timely approval to support effective Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) planning.
- You will proactively manage all aspects of CSE/PSE site stand-up/activation, including identifying and scheduling requirements, planning for work-around solutions, and addressing all fleet inquiries regarding delivery status.
- You will prepare, plan, execute, and track procurement actions through the use of an annual Acquisition Strategy Plan (ASP) based on Weapon System Planning Document (WSPD) requirements .
- You will evaluate integrated logistical support (ILS) plans and coordinate action necessary to ensure capability and integration of logistics elements throughout the system life-cycle.
