Boeing Global Services team is seeking a Supply Chain Management Analyst. to become part of the Shipping and receiving team in Fort Walton Beach, FL. We support the design, development, manufacture, and maintenance of support equipment for a wide variety of commercial and military aircraft - everything from F-15 and F/A-18 fighter jets to V-22 rotorcraft. The role focuses on kitting and material management for the production floor, analyzing and planning material requirements, and improving supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support production floor material needs through kitting, accurate demand planning, and timely order release.
- May be required to make and pick up deliveries in company vehicle at job site locations. Able to lift and carry items up to 35lbs.
- Analyze material requirements and maintain part-number attributes to ensure correct demand signals and delivery schedules.
- Execute and maintain production schedules; analyze available resources and manage shop capacity to support on-time delivery.
- Develop and control inventory plans that balance company, customer, and supplier capabilities to optimize inventory levels, turns, and unit cost.
- Review and act on material planning system output; release and maintain orders as needed.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal customers to resolve supply issues and support production requirements.
- Perform inventory and materials management processes, including disposition of excess and obsolete inventory.
- Support and help implement process improvements and new SCM tools and techniques to enhance supply chain performance.
- Assist in incorporating change and planning decisions while continuously developing SCM knowledge and analytical skills.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse experience if not degreed.
- 0-2 years of Logistics Supply Chain, or Warehouse experience if you have a Bachelor's degree.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
- GOLDesp and/or CMPro experience
