Power Platform Developer

Job Description:
We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and deploy custom applications and automations. You will work directly with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and build powerful solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI that drive efficiency and enhance user experience. This role is perfect for a creative problem-solver who excels in both technical development and client-facing collaboration.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and deploy scalable solutions using Model-Driven and Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio.
• Configure and manage Power Platform environments, ensuring compliance with security and governance best practices.
• Perform system configurations, including defining fields, views, and forms to meet business requirements.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with other data sources and Microsoft 365 services.
• Partner with clients and system users to understand business needs, workflows, and data visualization requirements.
• Lead design sessions to propose solutions, develop prototypes, and build proofs of concept.
• Demonstrate application features to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions within an Agile framework.
Required Skills:
• Experience developing and deploying Microsoft Power Applications, including Model-Driven and Canvas Apps.
• Strong experience with Power Automate for automating workflows and enhancing productivity.
• Experience building and maintaining reports and dashboards in Power BI.
• Experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder.
• Demonstrated experience configuring and integrating disparate systems and data sources.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business workflows into technical solutions.
• Proven experience presenting technical solutions and gathering feedback from business stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, or PL-900.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• Strong client-facing and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent user experiences.
• Familiarity with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem and how Power Platform integrates with services like SharePoint and Teams.
