We are seeking a highly motivated Research Program Analyst (Technical Engineer) to support the planning, execution, evaluation, and transition of cutting-edge research initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience working directly with scientists and technical teams, coordinating complex research and testing activities, and collaborating with stakeholders across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD). This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary technical projects from concept through operational deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with scientists, engineers, and technical teams to coordinate research activities and evaluate research performance metrics.
- Support the development, execution, and documentation of research studies and experiments.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee testing and evaluation of research efforts.
- Develop training materials, test plans, and evaluation frameworks to ensure research outcomes meet operational objectives.
- Support the transition of research results into operational or fielded environments.
- Partner with IC and DoD organizations on collaborative research projects in relevant technical domains.
- Participate in interagency meetings, working groups, and technical exchanges to ensure alignment and progress.
- Prepare high-quality written reports, technical briefings, and presentations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Present research findings, project updates, and technical insights to leadership and external partners.
- Plan, track, and report progress on complex research and development projects.
- Organize and coordinate technical exchange meetings, workshops, and working groups.
- Maintain project schedules, milestones, and documentation to ensure timely execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience evaluating research performance metrics and supporting work with scientific teams.
- Active TS-SCI security clearance with the ability to obtain a CI poly.
- Experience developing and executing test plans, training materials, and evaluation strategies.
- Experience transitioning research outcomes into operational environments.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with IC and DoD partners on research projects.
- Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience preparing and delivering technical briefings.
- Experience planning, tracking, and managing complex technical projects.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate technical exchange meetings and working groups.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- MA/MS degree with 13+ years of relevant experience, OR BA/BS degree with 15+ years of relevant experience in a discipline aligned with the position's responsibilities.
