What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage access control systems, including verifying credentials of personnel and visitors entering the location.
• Receive, document, and dispatch calls for service in a professional and timely manner, following established protocols.
• Coordinate emergency response activities and communicate with on-site personnel and first responders as needed.
• Maintain detailed and accurate logs of incidents, communications, and activities throughout the shift.
• Follow site-specific policies and procedures related to security-related operations within an aerospace and defense environment.
• Assist in managing visitor and contractor entry, issuing badges, and maintaining visitor records as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing information to relevant parties.
• Support Allied Universal leadership in maintaining a secure environment by observing and reporting any unusual activity or potential threats.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree.
• Possess a valid armed guard card or armed guard license.
• Provide proof of high school diploma or GED as required by the client.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
