Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an innovative Electrical Analyst responsible for working on the next-generation Air Force One aircraft in reading/analyzing electrical drawings, working through electrical challenges and developing rapid solutions. This position is fully onsite in San Antonio, TX.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluates parts, materials, processes, technology or equipment through research and testing to ensure safety, reliability and adherence to requirements and specifications.
- Analyzes failed parts and processes to reduce or eliminate future failures. Generates test plans, identifies and categorizes failures, determines root cause and documents results and recommendations.
- Proposes, develops and validates revisions to procedures and specifications.
- Determines suitability of parts, materials and processes.
- Determines suitability of parts, materials and processes and coordinates resolution of issues with suppliers and customers.
- Supports continuous improvement of products and processes by designing, developing, fabricating, testing, evaluating and implementing new concepts and technology.
- Provides knowledge and technical consultation to internal and external customers.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearance
- Knowledge of Parts, Materials and Processes related to Electrical, Electronic, Electro-mechanical, Electro-optical commodities.
- Knowledge of electronics and electro-mechanical assemblies and the ability to solve problems.
- Knowledge of industry, military and government specifications, handbooks and standards. ( Preferred)
- Experience with electrical troubleshooting
- Experience in Aerospace industry ( preferred)
- Experience with shipside support
- Experience with electrical wiring drawings (must have)
- Experience with ENOVIA and CATIA (reading/navigating, design experience not required)
- Experience with wire installation
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor+1 years' related work experience, 5 years' related work experience, etc
