Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Technical/Electrical Analyst for a global aerospace and defense company located in San Antonio, TX. The Technical/Electrical Analyst will work closely with technicians, electricians, and engineers to interpret electrical drawings and apply them directly to jet systems. This position will be on-site in San Antonio, TX five days per week!

Responsibilities of the Technical/Electrical Analyst include:
- Conduct research and testing on parts, materials, processes, and equipment to ensure safety, reliability, and compliance with specifications.
- Investigate failed parts and processes to identify root causes and prevent future issues.
- Create test plans, classify failures, analyze root causes, and document findings with actionable recommendations.
- Develop, propose, and validate updates to procedures and specifications.
- Evaluate the suitability of parts, materials, and processes, coordinating issue resolution with suppliers and customers.
- Drive continuous improvement by designing, testing, and implementing new concepts and technologies.
- Provide technical expertise and consultation to internal teams and external partners.
Qualifications for the Technical/Electrical Analyst include:
- Familiarity with parts, materials, and processes related to electrical, electronic, electro-mechanical, and electro-optical components.
- Strong understanding of electronics and electro-mechanical assemblies with proven problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry, military, and government specifications, handbooks, and standards (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with electrical troubleshooting.
- Background in the aerospace industry (preferred).
- Experience providing shipside support.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical wiring drawings (required).
- Ability to navigate ENOVIA and CATIA systems (design experience not required).
- Experience with wire installation.
- Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Compensation for the Technical/Electrical Analyst include:
- Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
