As a Centralized Material Estimating Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial foundation of major programs by developing and validating high-quality material cost estimates. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams-including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program Management-to build accurate cost projections that support proposals, negotiations, and strategic business decisions.

In this role, you will bring together data, requirements, and technical inputs to create defensible Basis of Estimates (BOEs) and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal standards. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, analyze, and document complex material cost estimates in support of program proposals.

- Create, update, and maintain material BOEs that clearly define scope, methodology, assumptions, and rationale.

- Partner with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Program teams to obtain accurate data and align on estimate requirements.

- Support internal proposal reviews, customer fact-finding, audits, and negotiations with DCMA, DCAA, and other external stakeholders.

- Prepare comparative analyses and cost-scenario evaluations to support decision-making and risk assessment.

- Present estimating approaches, data, and findings to leadership and cross-functional teams.

- Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced estimators on estimating standards, tools, techniques, and compliance requirements.

- Lead or support estimating coordination activities for large or complex proposals, ensuring schedule alignment and deliverable quality.
