The LRHW program is seeking a Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join the team in "Rocket City" USA Huntsville, AL
As a Systems Integration and Test Engineer, you will:
• Support requirements definition for new labs and missile tests, development of an Integrated Test Program Plan, and various levels of involvement in test execution.
• Perform systems hardware/software integration, test planning, and execution
• Support the development of products needed to conduct missile hardware/software testing at factory and the launch sites
• Support the generation of system test requirements
• Have excellent organization and troubleshooting skills and be proficient in understanding hardware/software design, requirements generation, product development, test execution, and verification activities

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with one or more Systems Integration functions including:
a.) System trade studies and/or System modeling
b.) Requirements and Interface Control Document (ICD) development
c.) System Integration, Test and/or Verification
d.) Test planning and execution with an understanding of all the interdependencies
• Experience or familiarity with problem solving for integrated systems
Desired Skills:
• Experience in Space Vehicle (SV) Test Operations including the test development process, test execution, data analysis, anomaly resolution, and electrical ground test equipment
• Demonstrated behaviors of a systems thinker with the ability to select and apply appropriate systems thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change
• Missile or space segment design and test experience with one or more subsystems or fields outside of Systems Engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members
• Active or Current Secret clearance
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
