Senior Integrated Program Management (IPM) Analyst
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IPM Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to interpret and implement IPM policies, tailor IPM practices into solicitations, and perform comprehensive analyses of contract performance, schedule risk, and technical, cost, and schedule integration. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the interpretation and application of IPM policies and practices across projects.
Integrate IPM strategies into solicitation documents, ensuring alignment with program goals.
Analyze contract cost performance and schedule performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
Perform detailed driving path and critical path analyses, including schedule risk assessments using probabilistic models such as Monte Carlo simulations.
Conduct independent schedule risk analysis and develop comprehensive independent estimates at program completion (EAC).
Lead integrated baseline reviews (IBRs) and support the development of Over Target Baselines and Schedule Replanning efforts.
Review and assess EVMS compliance, implementation, and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations.
Perform integrated analysis of technical, cost, and schedule performance, delivering situational awareness to program leadership.
Drive technical and schedule performance integration through the use of technical performance metrics, BCWP, and predictive schedule forecasts.
Evaluate contractor Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data utilizing modern data-driven tools and approaches.
Develop adaptive reports integrating commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) tools (e.g., Empower) with Agile management systems (e.g., JIRA), fostering a seamless performance management environment.
Support agile and DevOps methodologies, blending them with IPM practices to enhance project responsiveness and flexibility.
Lead cross-program analysis activities, including developing independent estimates, cost forecasts, and integrating analyses with broader corporate financial planning.
Provide expertise in implementing and utilizing IPM tools, fostering continuous improvement in project analysis capabilities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in space and software-intensive systems project management.
Expertise in schedule analysis techniques, critical path methodology, and schedule risk analysis including Monte Carlo simulations.
Strong understanding of EVMS compliance, program baseline development, and schedule control.
Proficiency with IPM tools such as Empower and familiarity with integrating performance data with Agile tools like JIRA.
