Northr op Grumman's Global Corporate Responsibility (GCR) organization is seeking a Culture Representative to help advance our culture of belonging at sites and regions across the Central United States. This position can be located at our sites in Roy, UT or Gilbert, AZ and requires travel up to 25 % of the time. It reports to the Regional Director, Culture & Engagement (Central Region) for GCR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As par t of a regional team that comprises Cultu re, Well-being and Co mmunit y Engagement, you will implement an integrated app roa ch to helping employees thrive through belonging, well-bei ng and community engagement.


  • Your focus will be on improving employee sense of belonging - helping employees feel safe, valued, included and connec ted .


  • Togeth er with the Community and Well-being Reps , you'll work with site, business and HR leaders in your region to assess Culture & Engagement needs. This will include gatheri ng and analyzing both qualitative and quantit at ive feedback .


  • In partnership with you r le ader and regional team, you'll deliver coordinated, integrated programming that supports employees holistically .


  • You'll dri ve adoption of enterprise belonging resources , campaigns and toolk its, tailoring for effective local implementation.


  • You'll help plan and facilitate on-site and/o r virtual emp loyee belongin g events in your region.


  • You'll m anage and support local Employee Resour ce Groups (ERGs) st rategy, events and operations , ensuring their alignment to the ERG pillars and c ompany values.


  • As par t of supporting ERGs , you 'll partner with the Culture M anager and ERG leaders to assess the health and maturity of ERGs in your region , helping them evolve as necessary.


  • You'll serve as a culture ambassador and main point of contact for culture effor ts in your region .


  • You'll partner with other groups, such as HR and Communications, to drive alignment across people programs and ensure consistent messaging around culture and values


  • You'll p rovide ongoing feedback to th e Culture Manager on programming and resources - what's resonating with employees, what's affecting change, where gaps still exist and what additional resources are necessary.


  • You'll track and share impact stories and engagement metrics to highlight success and inform future efforts.


  • You'll stay up to date on eme rging trends in belonging and employee experience to bring fresh ideas to your local strategy.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources , Organizational Psychology, Sociology, Co mmunica tions o r a re lated field and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in employee e ngagement , employee experience or HR-related roles; 3 years with a Master's degree. (will consider candidate's years of experience and education in lieu of the degree requirement)


  • Strong facilitation, collaboration and interpersonal skills.


  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.


  • Proven ability to be successful in a highly matrixed role and organization.


  • E xperience managing or supporting ERGs or other employee-led initiatives.


  • Demonstrated experience working with data to inform and develop strategic plans.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Track record of successfully advising and influencing senior leaders without authority, building strong internal networks and trusted relationships.


  • Experience designing or delivering local programming tied to culture , well-being or community engagement.


  • Experience managing programs that bridge employee experience with well-being and/or community impact.


  • Familiarity with culture diagnostics , employee surveying and/or employee listening methods.


  • High level of data fluency; comfortab le buildin g reports and using insights dashboards.


  • Experience managing medium to large -scale events.


  • Can clearly articulate how a culture of belonging supports business strategy.


Primary Level Salary Range: $87,000.00 - $130,600.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
