Description:
You will be the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Engineer for the International LONGBCW FCR & M TADS/PNVS Contracts Team. Our team drives end to end logistics support for complex international post production systems, from rough order magnitude (ROM) estimates through contract award and execution, ensuring our customers receive reliable, on time capability.
What You Will Be Doing
As the ILS Engineer you will be the technical backbone for assigned international contracts, operating with minimal supervision while your work is reviewed for sound technical judgment. You'll become the subject matter expert on all post production support and proposal processes, coordinating closely with U.S. government and foreign customers and traveling domestically and abroad as needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Lead ILS planning, analysis, and execution for LONGBCW FCR and M TADS/PNVS contracts.
• Develop and maintain logistics support data, reliability centered maintenance (RCM) models, and sustainment cost estimates.
• Interface with customers, program managers, and engineering leads to translate requirements into actionable support plans.
• Prepare technical proposals, cost volume reports, and contract deliverables from ROM through award and execution phases.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation strategies for international post production systems.
• Mentor junior staff and share best practices across the logistics support community.
• Coordinate and oversee travel, training, and field support activities for U.S. and foreign stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, export controls, and contract terms.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service orientation is essential
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance and ability to obtain a passport within first 60 days of employment
• Ability to extract and decipher details from established contracts, statements of work, or other similar documents
• Good computer skills, fluent with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint Excel, Access)
Desired Skills:
• Knowledge/experience in the following areas: Sustainment Contracts, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Configuration Management, Data Management, Procurement
• Experience interacting with management, suppliers, and customers and the ability to work in a cross-functional IPT environment
• Experience interacting with U.S. and foreign military personnel
• Experience working in a joint venture
• Experience writing proposals
