You will be the Industrial Security Representative for the Missiles and Fire Control Security Team in Grand Prairie, TX. Our team is responsible for developing, administering, auditing security programs to protect classified material and export-controlled data, and provide overall Security Operations and Compliance support.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Industrial Security Representative, you will be responsible for managing document control, classified material, security programs and perform duties as the alternate COMSEC Official. You will also participate in security self-inspections, briefings, and develop security education programs.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Document control and classification management
Perform COMSEC duties in the absence of the COMSEC Manager
• Receipt and dispatch of classified material
• Participation in security self-inspections and briefings
• Developing and executing security programs for compliance with government regulations
• Investigating security violations and preparing reports
• Providing support for classified meetings and customer visits

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - A company-sponsored interim secret clearance is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent administrative and computer skills to include experience working with Microsoft Office Applications Suites
- Must have a current Interim Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance upon employment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to communicate with multiple levels of leadership and provide high-level security briefings
- Previous security experience
- Current or Previous Communications Security (COMSEC) Experience
Desired Skills:
- Ability to multitask
- Previous NISPOM experience
- Expereince working within closed area spaces
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related
discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Top Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
