Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a full-time Early Career Prj Mgt & Plng Opns Representative. In this role, you will manage cost, schedule, and technical scope for multiple sustainment-related control accounts and perform Earned Value Management (EVM) duties including baseline planning, tracking performance, and identifying variances . The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of providing regular financial analyses and forecasts to ensure alignment with program goals and preparing and delivering leadership briefings on performance, risks, and mitigation strategies. Must be a US Citizen. This position will require a government security clearance. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Operations Management or related Business Degree from an accredited college
• Previous Cost/Control Account Management, Project Management, Accounting, Scheduling, and/or Finance experience.
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office tools including Power Point and Excel (including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and creating charts from a data set)
Desired Skills:
• SAP Proficiency
• Solid written, presentation and communication skills along with demonstrated success in utilizing Earned Value (EV) Management, developing and managing integrated master schedules, and performing critical path and financial analysis.
• Accept responsibility, accountability and exercise authority to ensure task cost, schedule, and technical success is achieved
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Experience managing and meeting deadlines and projects (cost and schedule)
• Desire to enhance program management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
