Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking an Integration and Test (I&T) Systems Engineer to support a program's System Level Qualification program. Responsibilities include:
• Develop and execute System Level Test Plans and Procedures
• Definition of Test Approach and Test Equipment requirements
• Conduct system level testing using a SSS/WSS console.
• Perform Environmental Qualification and/or EMI testing
• Plan and conduct Mission Success, Test Readiness and Pre-Ship Readiness Reviews.
• Coordinate and manage test article builds and scheduling
• Coordinate with offsite test ranges to define test requirements and approach along with range scheduling.
• Conduct and support Test Planning working groups with internal and external stakeholders
• Solicit test approach inputs from Reliability, Software, Electrical, Mechanical and other cross-functional disciplines.
• Trace compliance to Performance Specifications and MIL-STDs and support the V&V process
Candidate must be willing to travel ~50% of the time, with extended travel during event testing.
Basic Qualifications:
• 1+ years of experience with a technical engineering Bachelor's Degree (0 with a technical Master's degree), or related experience.
• Active SECRET security clearance (investigation performed within the past 5 years)
• Ability and willingness to work overtime & occasional travel (~50%), supporting off-shifts and weekends as needed
Desired Skills:
• Excellent technical writing, planning and verbal communication skills, strong social skills, and ability to build solid relationships with team members
• Familiarity with defining security plans
• Experience with MIL-STD-810 Testing
• Experience with E3 testing (MIL-STD-461/MIL-STD-464)
• Experience with MIL-STD-704 Testing
• Experience with RCC-319, 1316 qualification testing
• Familiarity with Insensitive Munitions testing
• Familiarity with Missile Basic Safety testing
• Familiarity with SSS operation
