You will be a Microwave Assembler for our team, responsible for performing fabrication or modification tasks on RF Microwave hybrid microcircuits and sub-assemblies. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality products, and we're looking for a skilled professional to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing
As a Microwave Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
• Installation of connectors, substrates, components and modules in highly complex microwave assemblies, often utilizing using paste and sheet epoxies
• Performs disassembly, assembly, modification, rework and repair operations on various pre-production subassemblies, assemblies and complete systems that utilize integrated circuit technology
• Plans work sequence by assessing available work in progress to meet schedule requirements
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Engineering to develop procedures and troubleshoot product to specifications
• Works independently with minimal supervision

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored Interim Secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
Ability to work 10 hours under a microscope and utilize hand tools such as torque drivers, tweezers and other similar tools
Good dexterity and eye/hand coordination with minimum of one-year experience in basic assembly tasks
Ability to work in a diverse team environment; Good interpersonal, teaming and communication skills
Ability to read and work from detailed work instructions and drawings; computer skills are required to support retrieval of drawings and work instructions as well as other job activities
Candidate must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance and must have at least an Interim Secret Security clearance prior to start (must be a US citizen)
Desired Skills:
Familiarity working in an ESD and FOD controlled environments
Experience in mechanical assembly processes of small electronic devices
Experience working on military products in ISO 9001 / AS9100 controlled environment
Experience soldering components to printed wiring boards in accordance with J-STD-001
Ability to work with minimal supervision
