Project Manager

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Project Manager to join our team at Marine Corps Warfighting Laboratory (MCWL) Stafford VA .

This position will utilize project management skills and experience to assist MCWL S&T Division X711 Program Manager and Government lead prepare for and execute the establishment of ICD 705 capable Facilities for several locations across the Marine Corps. This effort will emphasize project management of construction, fabrication, installation, IT integration, and security efforts in CONUS and OCONUS.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Foster collaborative and high-performing project environments across multiple geographically dispersed locations and culturally diverse CONUS and OCONUS teams through clear communication.
• Communicate project goals, timelines, and individual responsibilities while ensuring the timely and accurate submission of contract and program deliverables.
• Assist with project resource planning, management and execution across the program.
• Implement and maintain consistent personnel and administrative processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant contractual requirements and ICD 705 MCWL goals and objectives.
• Assist maintain staffing objectives across CONUS/OCONUS locations.
• Oversee team and individual training and administrative requirements.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and Risk Assessments to support CONUS and OCONUS team performance and effectiveness.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and at least 10 years' experience planning and/or operating in project management environments.
• Background in the operations/usage of ICD 705 type facilities.
• Experience with project management frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ICD 705 structure projects
• Experience with MS Word, MS Power Point, MS Project, MS Excel

Clearance Requirements :

• Candidate must have an active current TS/SCI clearance
