Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies and architectures for intelligence systems.
• Ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and other relevant security standards.
• Lead security engineering initiatives, including vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and security testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into the software development lifecycle.
• Provide expert guidance on security best practices and emerging threats to the program team.
• Mentor and coach team members on cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Conduct regular security reviews and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
• Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and methodologies
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on intelligence systems.
• CISSP certification.
• TS/SCI clearance w/ poly
Desired:
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. • Experience with cloud security, microservices architecture, and DevSecOps practices.
• Experience identifying security KPIs and developing dashboards
• Knowledge of AI/ML security considerations and their application in intelligence systems.
• Proven track record of leading security initiatives in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
